לא דאמר ליה ג' פרות מסרתי לך ומתו כולהו בפשיעה וא"ל איהו חדא לא היו דברים מעולם וחדא מתה באונס וחדא מתה בפשיעה דבעינא שלומי לך דלאו הילך הוא
